Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Famwise. By using the app, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for lawful household organization purposes.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for the activity that occurs in families you create, join, or manage.

Your content

You keep ownership of the shopping, inventory, loyalty card, and family information you add. You give Famwise permission to process that content so the app can store, sync, display, and share it with members of your family group.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another user’s data, disrupt the platform, or upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Service changes

Famwise may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to keep the service reliable, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
